I’ve made a purchase, but I don’t see the coins in my account. What should I do?

All Gold Coin purchases are processed in real time, and your balance should update immediately once the transaction is successfully completed. However, in rare cases, there may be a slight delay. If that happens, here’s what you can do: 

Step 1: Check for a Successful Transaction 

  • Verify your payment – Check your bank account or payment method to confirm that the transaction went through and that you’ve been charged. 

Step 2: Refresh Your Account 

  • Refresh your browser or app. 

  • Log out and log back in to your Real American Games account. This can help trigger the balance update. 

 

Step 3: Still Missing Coins? Reach Out! 

If you've confirmed that your payment was processed but the coins still aren't showing up in your account, please contact our Customer Support team. We’ll be happy to help sort things out quickly. 

To speed up the process, please include the following information in your message: 

  • The amount of the purchase. 

  • The date of the purchase. 

  • The transaction ID (from your payment confirmation email). 

  • A screenshot or copy of your bank statement showing the charges.

 

Not Seeing Free Sweeps Coins? 

If you received your Gold Coins but not the free Sweeps Coins, double-check the details of the offer you purchased. Some packages include only Gold Coins and do not come with Sweeps Coins. 

If you purchased a package that should include Sweeps Coins but didn’t receive them, please reach out to us — we’ll be glad to look into it for you!
