I can't log in to my account, what should I do?

If you’re having trouble accessing your account, don’t worry — it could be due to a few common reasons. Here are some possibilities to consider: 

🔑 You might have forgotten your password:

🚫 Your account may be temporarily blocked: 
 
This can happen if there have been multiple unsuccessful login attempts using the wrong email or password in a short period. For your security, the system automatically blocks your account temporarily.  
Usually, this block clears itself after about 30 minutes, and you’ll be able to try logging in again then. 

You may have requested a timeout: 
 
If you have previously requested a voluntary timeout or self-exclusion, your account will remain locked until the timeout period ends.  
During this time, access to your account is restricted as part of our commitment to safe and responsible play. 

 
🌍 Your location might be mistakenly blocked from accessing the site 
Sometimes, even if you're not in a restricted region, you may still get blocked due to how your connection is being routed. Try the following: 

  • Restart your router. This can refresh your connection and often solves the problem

  • Check your IP address. If restarting didn’t work, your current IP address might be flagged by mistake. Contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) and ask if they can assign you a new one.
