How do I verify my bank account?

To verify your bank account for prize redemption, you’ll need to provide a clear and complete bank statement that confirms you are the rightful owner of the account you intend to use. This is an important step in ensuring the safety and security of all transactions on our platform. 

Please follow the guidelines below carefully to avoid delays in the verification process: 

✅ What your bank statement must include: 

  • Your full name and residential address (must match the information on your REAL AMERICAN GAMES account) 

  • The full document, not just a cropped portion (we must see the complete page) 

  • A statement dated within the last 3 months 

  • Clear, legible text – blurry, pixelated, or out-of-focus images will not be accepted 

  • A color version of the document – please avoid black and white scans or photos 

 

⚠️ What not to do: 

  • ❌ Do not submit PayPal, Cash App, or pre-paid card statements – these are not accepted 

  • ❌ Do not write on, draw on, or make any alterations to the document 

  • ❌ Do not submit outdated or cropped documents 

  • ❌ Do not submit scanned copies in black and white
